For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're excited to partner with 2 Wild Poppies for our Beauty in Bloom campaign!

Throughout October, Molly, the owner of 2 Wild Poppies, will create a beautiful floral arrangement each week to raffle off to patients who receive a mammogram at HDI that week. And that's not all!

We know that good quality sleep is important and those of us who don’t get 8 hours every night have historically felt that we are falling short. Well, it turns out that may not be the case! ‘According to The Conversation, “If we define optimal sleep as the amount linked to the best health, many large studies suggest the sweet spot may be less than eight hours.”’ Read more via New York Post:

What's the difference between a screening mammogram and a diagnostic mammogram?
A screening mammogram is a routine exam for women who have no signs or symptoms of breast cancer
A diagnostic mammogram is used when there's a specific concern—such as a lump, pain, or an abnormal finding from a previous screening.
