The LPN will perform a full range of professional nursing services including:

Dispensing medications for the treatment of substance abuse
Tracking and reconciling medication inventory
Working cohesively with clinic staff to prove optimal care for our clients
Screening clients for communicable diseases
Updating client health information
Monitoring and maintaining supply inventory
Assisting in the development of treatment strategies

Qualifications:
Must be Licensed Practical Nurse.

Must be able to rotate Sundays

It happens often that a new client arrives at your program after the MAT clinics are closed, and they haven't been dosed yet that day. Now, you're left figuring out the next step. Do you send them to the emergency room, or do they have to "tough it out" until the next business day to begin treatment and risk leaving your program.

That's exactly why we created our MAP+ After-Hours Remote Intake Program.

Our goal is simple - help your clients start treatment as soon as they join your program, even if they arrive after our clinics have closed.

MAP+ After-Hours Remote Intakes and Same Day Dosing

Available Monday - Friday until 3:00 PM

If a client comes to your program after clinic intake hours and needs medication that same day, just give us a call before 3:00 PM at (443) 526-5722.

We'll take care of the rest:

We'll send a form for you to fill out, and consents for the client to sign
Our provider will complete a remote intake evaluation
We'll deliver medication to cover the client through the next business day.
The client will then come into the clinic the following business day to complete their in-person intake appointment.

This allows your client to begin treatment right away without suffering until the next day.

Weekend Coverage

Sundays | 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.

Recovery doesn't pause for the weekend, and neither do we.

If a client enters your program over the weekend, we can complete the same remote intake process on Sunday morning. The process is exactly the same as during the week, only the Telehealth takes place between 8:30 - 10:00 AM Sunday morning.

Our goal is to avoid a break in treatment, even when clients come in later in the day or over the weekend.
