We are a team of nurturing and detail-oriented childcare providers who strive to provide high-quality and wholistic care, as well as educational opportunities to the children we serve!

Due to the high amounts of children enrolling, we are looking to add a few more dedicated, compassionate, and energetic members to our team! Right now, we are mainly needing individuals for part time hours, substitutes, and closers. If you’d like to join our ‘family’, we’d love to meet with you!

Our infant room is officially full, with waitlists extending to April 2027! Our toddler and 2s rooms have only 1-2 openings remaining!
Our 3s and 4s have 3-4 openings remaining! Our school age program is ‘popping’ (from the words of a school-ager themself) with 30 children already enrolled! These numbers do not reflect the countless number of families in process of applying for subsidy! If you need childcare, please do not wait because our spots will fill up! We have/will welcome 10 new children this week alone!

We are blessed to see our Little Scholars family grow! We’d love to add your family to ours!💙💛

This week is BEACH WEEK at Little Scholars! We are excited to explore all the ocean has to offer, from sea creatures, to sandcastles, and yummy beach treats! 🌊 🐙 🏖️ 🦈

Summer is just begun, but our staff has been working hard to plan some fun activities, field trips, special guests, and movie days to keep our kiddos busy!

Sutton Grace, one of the Little Scholars infants, will be competing in her first state pageant, America’s Miss Glamour Royale, on June 20!!! She has only been competing since she was 6 months old. In a short 2 months, she has received the following awards:

⭐️ 2026 Ultimate Miss Rockingham Co. Runner Up & Highpoint Photogenic Winner
⭐️ Page County Care Closet People’s Choice 2026
⭐️ Baby Doll Age Group Winner & Overall Photogenic Winner in the Memorial Day Pageant
⭐️ People’s Choice Winner, Age Group Photogenic Winner, Age Group Casual Wear Winner, and the Highpoint Winner in the 2026 Sunflower Angel Pageant, making her Young Miss Sunflower Angel
⭐️ 1st Place in the Americas Miss Glamour Royale & All American Elegance State Pageant Photo Contest

To help raise money for this pageant, we are starting a 50/50 Fundraiser. 1 entry is $10, with no limit on the amount of slots you can purchase. Once all slots are filled, one lucky number will be drawn, with the winner walking away with $250!!! There is also a community service portion to this pageant, with all donations being distributed to nursing homes and animals shelters!

If you feel led to support Sutton Grace, you may choose your 50/50 numbers OR may donate any items listed below! Donations can be from individuals or businesses! Any items/monetary donations can be paid via Venmo or dropped off at Little Scholars Academy!

We would like to wish all of our children who have graduated Preschool or Kindergarten a huge ‘Congratulations’! We are so proud of you all and cannot wait to watch each and every one of you grow and continue to accomplish amazing things! 🧑‍🎓 👩‍🎓

Now that school is officially out, we cannot wait to have a FUN-filled summer with our kids and experience all the laughter, smiles, and joy it is bound to bring!

We now have limited availability in all of our classrooms! If you are looking for a fresh start for your child and your family, whether you are new to the childcare world or currently at another facility, we would love to meet you and discuss what our program has to offer! Our remaining spots will fill quickly, as we are averaging an enrollment rate of 5-10 kids per week! Don’t miss out on your chance to have your child in a loving, safe, and friendly atmosphere, with early educators who truly invest themselves into your child’s development and learning!HAPPY SUMMER TO ALL❤️

Happy Friday!!! Today officially marks the end of the first month of being open and on behalf of all of our team, I’d like to just say THANK YOU to all of the families who have entrusted us with caring for and loving your child! From the 10 kids we had the first week, to the 25ish we have today, to the almost 65 that we will have as summer starts, we are so blessed for them all! So many beautiful relationships have already been formed and we cherish each and every one!!!

When I tell you that our team was handpicked from God, I mean it!!! He has absolutely guided the right individuals into our doors and Spencer and I are just in awe!!! We cannot wait to welcome the amazing staff starting in the next few weeks!!!

If you are a new parent with our facility, we would love to hear about your experience so far!

We are still enrolling, however spaces are very limited, specifically in the infant, 3s, PreK, and school aged room, with some rooms being waitlisted until March of 2027!!! God is so good! Not only has He blessed us with THE BEST staff, but THE BEST families and children as well!

Happy Monday and Happy Memorial Day to all! We hope today brought everyone extra time with their loved ones, and hopefully an extra day of rest before we kick off the work week! We also would like to express our gratitude to all those who have served, or are currently serving, in any branch of our military! We thank you all for your dedication to keeping our nation safe, while putting your lives on the line for ours! Today is a day we remember you all! 🇺🇸

If you would like to honor a loved one, whether past or present, who served in the military, feel free to comment below with their name and branch! Let’s pay our respect to all those who deserve it! God Bless America! 🇺🇸

Quick update for those asking for enrollment numbers! We have officially hit 50+ children who have enrolled into our Little Scholars family, not including the many families who have toured and shown signs of interest in the past 2 weeks! We are truly blessed! 💙💛

* If you have a need for childcare, specifically in the Infant, PreK, or School-Aged rooms, we are very limited on openings, with waitlists extending until 2027!

*Our Toddler and Two’s rooms have a little more availability, but not by much!

To put things into perspective, we are legally only able to serve 120 children, meaning we are almost halfway full!!! If you need childcare, don’t wait until the final spots are taken! We’d love to meet you, give you a tour of our facility, and answer any questions you may have! We are a subsidy provider! If you are currently at another facility, but looking for a fresh start with a group of educators who truly care for and love children, stop by and check us out! 💛💙

After a surprise inspection from our State licensing inspector, we are pleased to announce that we have, once again, passed our inspection with ZERO violations!!!! Spencer and I are so proud of our amazing staff, who absolutely impressed our inspector today! They were her exact words…something I’ve never heard an inspector say! We are grateful! 💙💛
