The Adventures of Pops and MuMu-Dear

The Adventures of Pops and MuMu-Dear 'Pops' is the family name for
'Grandpa' for the Wagners. My oldest daughter went through a phase of calling me 'MuMu-Dear' when she was 2 y.o.

and I always thought it would make an excellent 'Grandma' name someday! 28 years later, I got to use it!

I'm so grateful to spend Mother's Day today with Brandon and Alex, Logan and Madison, as well as Chet and Donna, Brandon's parents! We all enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Mrs. Rubino's restaurant in Wilmington. Such a lovely, fun time together and I enjoyed calls and love from Cameron, Marlia, Andi, and Daniel, too. Plus, I got to do planting today. I am a lucky mom! 🥰

I love this picture of Birdie and I from 2024, when they came to visit us in AZ. Every time I see it, I remember a similar picture from 1996, of Alaina and my mom. I like that I look like my mom here, as though she is there holding Birdie. The sweet picture of Alaina and Birdie on the same trip is so cute.
