Did you know… a flower farm is the perfect novel place for a little one to practice their developing speech and language skills? New experiences mean exposure to new vocabulary!
There is so much to talk about on a farm— from flower names like zinnias and tulips, to descriptors like colors, sizes, and shapes. And don’t forget about the farm’s tools and critters! At Floyd Farm U-pick there are endless things to name, comment and expand on, ask questions about, request, and describe.

Major upcoming changes to speech therapy billing are threatening how we deliver care. These new rules force clinics to alter therapy models, drop certain insurance providers, and some clinics risk closing down—worsening an already severe shortage. We are partnering with advocacy groups like SPEAK to fight for patients and therapists.
