Behind every safe process, thoughtful improvement, and lesson learned at KVH is a team committed to helping us provide the best possible care. Our Quality team works across the organization to identify risks and trends, strengthen incident reporting, support staff education, and help teams turn concerns into meaningful action.

From reviewing safety events and supporting medication-safety processes to coaching employees and helping teams use SAFE Boards for real-time problem-solving, their work touches nearly every area of KVH. They help ensure concerns reach the right people, frontline staff feel empowered to speak up, and opportunities for improvement become lasting change.

Much of this work happens quietly behind the scenes, but its impact is felt every day by our patients, employees, and community. Thank you to our Quality team for your diligence, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to making KVH a safer, stronger, and more reliable organization. 💙

Our Women’s Health team had a wonderful time connecting with community members at the Ellensburg Farmers Market! It was a great opportunity to step outside the clinic, share about our care, and continue building relationships with the people we’re proud to serve. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello!

Behind every feeding journey is a circle of support. This August, Kittitas Valley Healthcare is recognizing National Breastfeeding Month and honoring the lactation professionals, peer counselors, family members, friends, and community partners who encourage parents every step of the way. Whether it’s offering a listening ear, sharing resources, or simply reminding a new parent they’re doing a great job, small acts of support can make a big difference.

How do you show support for parents in your community? Share a kind word or helpful resource in the comments.

Peek-a-boo is adorable. Whooping cough is not. Since pertussis can be especially severe for babies, talk with your healthcare provider about DTaP and Tdap vaccines to help protect the people who matter most.
