A graveside with military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the North Sutton Cemetery in North Sutton, New Hampshire. Mr. Palmer, 79, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at his Ellensburg home.
