I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing through Restorative Counseling & Wellness Center in Ellicott City.
I provide psychiatric care for adults (18+) throughout Maryland. While I care for adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, I have a special interest in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause.

I'm Ellen Holtz, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults throughout Maryland.

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I believe meaningful care begins with listening, understanding your story, and working together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
While I care for adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, I have a special interest in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause.

I practice through Restorative Counseling & Wellness Center in Ellicott City, offering both in-person appointments and secure telehealth throughout Maryland.
