This weekend was filled with making beautiful meals from vegetables 🥕 🧅 🧄 🫘 🍅 I grew in my garden! We had Summer minestrone soup, baked feta pasta (the real stuff made with sheep’s milk which I can tolerate) and fresh picked blueberries 🫐 for a pancake casserole!

I grow all my own organic herbs and yesterday I dehydrated basil, oregano, parsley and thyme to make an Italian seasoning that I can use all year long!!! It’s to die for! 🌿 🪴 🤌🏻🤌🏻
