GOOD MORNING!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have created a fitness ebook called APN Fitfam White and Gray Headband Edition. This is an excellent book to introduce you or your family into exercise.Your journey begins with beginner bodyweight exercises that you can do any where. You will start with a white headband and earn your stripes by increasing your fitness level, eventually earning your gray headband. I created this book to help kids and families to start exercising. 5 workouts are provided in the book, with more books on the way.
