🎉 Congratulations to Jim Bradley, HVHC Board President, on receiving this year's Jim Fernald Hospice Hero Award! 🎉

This award recognizes someone who has gone above and beyond in support of the Hospice Regatta of Maine and/or Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County—and Jim has certainly done that for both.

As Chair of the Hospice Regatta Committee for the past four years, Jim's leadership has helped grow the Regatta from raising $32,287 in 2023 to an incredible $58,875 in 2026!

Beyond the Regatta, Jim has generously shared his time, talents, and expertise to help strengthen and grow our organization. His unwavering commitment to our mission has helped ensure we can continue serving individuals and families in our community during some of life's most vulnerable moments. Jim has served as our Board President for the past several years and is now in his eighth year on our Board of Directors.

Jim leads with enthusiasm, generosity, and a genuine passion for helping others. We are incredibly grateful for everything he does for Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County.

A special thank you to his team at Penobscot Financial Advisors for being there to celebrate this well-deserved recognition!

💙 Please join us in congratulating Jim Bradley on receiving the 2026 Jim Fernald Hospice Hero Award!

And, if you didn't get the chance to donate to this great cause through the Regatta, there is still time. Follow this link to our donation page. We appreciate the support!

Meet this year's Hospice Regatta of Maine commemorative poster artist, Joshua Adam - Adam Gallery! We are incredibly grateful that Joshua donated his beautiful artwork for our 30th Anniversary Regatta poster.

These commemorative posters are a cherished Regatta tradition, and every sponsor at the $1,000 level and above receives one as a thank-you for their generous support.

If you'd like to see more of Joshua's stunning artwork, visit his website: https://www.adamgalleryonline.com/

You'll also discover the beautiful work of his wife, Susan Parish Adam, who is an accomplished artist as well. It was a pleasure to welcome Joshua and Susan aboard the Sunbeam to watch the races with us. Thank you both for being part of such a special day and for helping make our 30th Anniversary Regatta one to remember!
