We're excited to officially introduce Jennifer, the new Administrator at Colonial Manor of Elma. Her journey in long-term care began as a CNA, where she discovered a passion for caring for residents like family. That same heart for service continues to guide her today as she leads our community with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Jennifer believes in creating a place where residents feel at home, families feel confident, and team members feel supported. We're grateful to have her leading the way and can't wait for our community to get to know her.
