Gratitude for every sunset I will see, because it always brings me so much peace ✨
Take a moment to close your eyes…
Place one hand on your heart, and the other on your lower belly. Inhale through the nose, and exhale out of the mouth. Take 3 breaths like this, and enjoy a moment to let go….
Don’t forget to take time for yourself, to just be, to just breathe. There is so much beauty and healing energy in Mother Nature, I pray you find it, and I pray it helps you reconnect to yourself. 🫶🏻✨

There are lots of shifts and changes this month for A Rooted Touch 🙃

Time flies when you are truly living your dream!
Being a small business and working for yourself is incredibly difficult/exhausting at times, but it has been worth it ALL. I would not be here today without all of my amazing clients, family, and friends supporting me along the way. THANK YOU! For every appointment booked, for every gracious tip, for every review, for every share/like. It is always appreciated and never goes unnoticed. I manifested this business for myself before I even walked across the stage at Trocaire College in 2018 and fought like hell to make this happen for myself, and most of all for all of you. For every client who gets to receive massage/reiki/reflexology, know that I always do my very best to create the most calm, quiet, healing, safe, and serene experience for you each and every time that you choose ME to be a part of your healing journey.
I heard someone say once,
“Massaging is not a real job.”
And they are RIGHT. Massage Therapy is a calling, it is a purpose, and it requires a lot of patience in building a business, STRENGTH in physically working all day, and TALENT in the art of massage. And not to mention there is lots of education/knowledge behind it ALL to help others experience relief and HEALING. Massage Therapy is not for the weak, or the unkind, because it requires selfless service in every single session for every person we encounter in our profession. Healing is not just physical, it is mental, spiritual, and energetic. I made sure to offer sessions that can assist all of my clients obtain sacred healing in ALL areas that need it most. I am walking into this new chapter of my journey shifting some of my menu. Some of my services remained the same, but I am also bringing in some new ones. There is so much beautiful diversity in my full menu, from foot reflexology, to reiki energy healing, and therapeutic or soothing full body massages.
I am SO GRATEFUL AND EXCITED to celebrate this milestone in my personal and in my professional life!

I have had TWO clients this week no call no show. PLEASE reach out to me to cancel or reschedule your sessions. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating for me as a small business…..
Instances like this are why I have a strict cancellation policy in place.

Each time you walk in for your appointment you are greeted along the hallway by a beautiful variety of plants, lights, and LOTS of good energy. This space has been created to provide sanctuary in every part of your appointment, not just inside our massage rooms.
The peaceful waiting room to rest before your session, the convenient check out area to cash out and reschedule after your session, even the back hallway that leads to our private rest room is filled with plants, salt lamps, and cozy vibes.
I am so grateful to be working here, and to have my amazing partner/best friend Alex by my side through it all - he works SO hard to ensure that all of our clients have the best and most relaxing experience overall within the walls of this amazing space he has transformed over the years.
Lots of shifts and changes are happening not just for A Rooted Touch….There is not only new doors for us, Alex has created a gorgeous new room for himself, and the new LMT Kelly is joining us SOON in the room next to me!
