A Rooted Touch

It's so hard to believe on this day, I shut off the lights and closed the door for the last time.... It doesn't feel real.....
This has been one of my HARDEST transitions I've yet to face. Retiring from this beautiful career was one of the most difficult decisions I've ever had to make. But I have learned in this life that in every ending we truly must let it go, and let it flow. I trust in this new path ahead. The universal energy has shifted me to elevate into a new purpose, a new plan, into someone else, someone with fearlessness, a huge hunger for medical knowledge, and resilience against all challenges ahead. I am grateful for this opportunity to be back in College and will strive and thrive towards becoming Stephanie Knapp RN. Thank you so much to all of my family, friends, and clients for the amazing amount of love, encouragement, and support.
It truly means so much to me! Sending you all Love & Light ALWAYS 🫶✨

It was a VERY long and emotional weekend moving out of the studio. But it was peaceful, sacred, and I was surrounded by support and love through it all so I am very grateful. I definitely needed to take the time to process and organize my things and myself. I will be posting a full moon guided meditation for you tonight, my last gift to you all.

This poem came to me as I started making this post.
My last goodbye.
All I can do now is move, no time left to cry.
The aura of these walls now lives forever inside.
I did my best for every client, every time.
Dissect, dismantle, it temporarily hurts my pride.
When it all closes down, a little piece of my spirit will truly die.
So many struggles, untold dark times, I survived.
Strength, wisdom, service, healing, presence, care….all for each person I tried to provide.
I flow into the unknown, as it all falls into place, the timing is divine.
A deep breath in as I walk away in grace, every memory in my mind.
Exhale, I leave with a release of completion, I sigh….
My last goodbye.
