**Save the Date — October 3rd! ❤️**

We are getting so excited for our upcoming **Wellness Day at All About You Massage & Wellness Center from 10 AM–3 PM!**

This event is **open to the community**, and our goal is to bring local providers, businesses, and community members together in one place to connect, learn, and discover some of the amazing resources we have right here in our area.

So far, we are planning to have:

✨ **PEMF sessions and information**
✨ A chance to experience a **new wellness and recovery tool** we have recently added that is designed to support circulation, mobility, muscle relaxation, and overall recovery. I’ll be sharing more about this very soon!
✨ **Opal Medical Spa will be joining us again and will be offering a special on IVs that day**, along with sharing information about IV hydration, injections, and the other services they offer
✨ Information and special offers from **Nearing Total Health**, including some of the unique wellness services they offer such as sauna, cold plunges, soaks, and more
✨ Local art and other donated items from businesses in our surrounding communities
✨ **Drawings, gift baskets, and giveaways**
✨ Light snacks and water while you visit and mingle

This will be a great opportunity to **meet local providers and businesses, ask questions, learn about services available in our area, and make connections with people and resources you may not have known were right here in our community.**

And we’re still adding more! ❤️

If you are a **local provider or business** who would like to participate, provide information, offer a special, or donate an item or gift basket for our drawings, we would love to hear from you.

Good morning......Happy Thursday! ❤️

This morning, as I put on my new skincare products that are made locally, I started thinking about how much I’ve noticed my skin changing as I get closer to 50 (which is just around the corner 😳😂).

Mind you, I was a late one when it came to making skincare a priority. Then one day I looked in my rearview mirror and about screamed! 🤣

It was like overnight—BAM! I could not believe all of the lines and droopy skin I was seeing. From then on, I was bound and determined to find the right products. Well, let’s just say I purchased A LOT. 😂

The last few lines I tried were Korean skincare, which definitely helped, but I still saw imperfections. I know we are all going to age, and some of us faster than others, but if I can keep any amount of my youthful-looking skin, I would love to!

On August 7th, I went to a photoshoot in Olympia. Before we started, my client gave me a bottle of her homemade skincare product. Which, by the way, when I first saw her, I couldn’t get over how absolutely beautiful and young her skin looked!

I took the product home, but I left on a trip the very next day for five days, so I decided to wait until I got home to try it.

The night I got home, I washed my face and started using it every morning and every night. Every day, I felt like I was seeing improvement!!!!! I seriously cannot believe how great my skin looks and feels.

I love it so much that I asked her if she would mind if I carried it in our wellness clinic. She normally only sells it to friends and family, but I want others to have the same opportunity to try it and hopefully get that beautiful “glowing skin” too! ❤️

She also told me that her daughter, who used to struggle with acne, has been using it and has seen a huge improvement in her skin. I can honestly say her skin is absolutely beautiful—I just took her pictures, and her skin looks just like her mom’s!

We are currently working on getting some samples together for those who would like to try it before purchasing.

I am SO excited for others to have the opportunity to try something that I have personally been loving so much! ❤️

In 2008, I opened All About You Massage. What started as a massage practice has continued to grow and evolve over the years into something I am incredibly proud of today.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with so many wonderful clients and watching this business become more than I ever imagined. We continue to add providers and services so we can better serve the needs of our community and help more people on their wellness journey.

One of the things I am most proud of is creating a space where providers can grow their own businesses while being part of a supportive and encouraging team. Watching others succeed and build their dreams alongside mine has been incredibly rewarding.

Today, the All About You Wellness team offers a variety of services designed to support health, healing, and overall well-being. I am grateful for every client who has trusted us with their care and for the amazing providers who help make this vision possible.
