Inspira team members and their families came together in Wildwood, NJ, to celebrate a special milestone—20 Years at the Piers!

This anniversary made a long-standing tradition even more memorable, bringing colleagues from across the organization together to relax, recharge and create lasting memories with their families.

Kelly Caltabiano walked into Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill, feeling calm and confident, surrounded by coworkers she trusted as she prepared to deliver her first baby.

But just moments before delivery, everything changed. A rare, life-threatening complication required immediate action. Within seconds, a multidisciplinary team came together to perform an emergency C-section and stabilize both Kelly and her baby.

“They saved my life and my daughter’s life, and I’m forever grateful.”

After a long and emotional recovery, Kelly is now watching her daughter grow into a happy, thriving toddler and sharing her story to highlight the power of experienced, compassionate care close to home.
