At 19 weeks pregnant, your baby is about as big as a mango! It is roughly 6.0 inches long and weighs about 8.5 ounces and continues to get bigger and bigger. In just one more week, you’ll be halfway through and just about ready for your mid-pregnancy ultrasound. This ultrasound scans your baby's body inside and out to be sure everything is developing as it should. With their s*x organs developed enough to usually tell if it's a girl or boy, parents-to-be who are wanting to find out the baby's s*x can usually do so during this scan too.
Dr. Shawn Davies has ultrasound equipment right in his office so if you're getting close to mid-pregnancy and you haven't scheduled your ultrasound yet, get in touch with our office.
