Mild soreness after your injection is normal. To support recovery:
• Rest and avoid strenuous activity for the day
• Apply ice as needed (15–20 minutes)
• Follow your provider’s instructions

Relief may begin within a few days. If you notice unusual pain or swelling, please contact us.
