One of our lovely clients has recently started an artisan soap company. We are so proud of her and encourage you to like and follow her business page Stillwater Soaps. ♥️

We love to support local businesses so we will be starting to carry her soaps and body scrub products in October. Our first batch is underway and beginning to cure! We know she uses the utmost care in selecting her ingredients to ensure everything is as natural as healthy as can be.

We are looking to clear space in our limited retail area so are phasing out our ‘get salted’ line. It goes on sale today for 15% off! We enjoy these products, but prefer to keep our dollars local whenever possible.

Our next Salt+Sound bath with Sound Vitality will be Sunday, September 13th. We have a 4pm session and a 5:15pm session. These sell out every time so book your session early!

This is a comfortable, seated sound bath. Tom and Marjorie each create a unique soundscape with the use of singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks and more. Allow the resonance to deeply relax the body and nervous system while also receiving the respiratory benefits of salt therapy ♥️

VACATION NOTICE + A LITTLE TRAVEL TIP!

The office will be CLOSED next week, August 17–20, while I take a little summer break!

And since some of you may be traveling too, here’s your friendly chiropractic reminder:

Your spine knows when you're on vacation... even if your brain is delighted to be there. 😉

Long car rides, hours on a plane, sleeping in a different bed, carrying luggage, and even lounging in a beach chair can leave your back and neck wondering what happened.

A few simple things can help:

• Take movement breaks during long drives
• Change positions instead of staying in one posture for hours
• Keep your wallet/phone out of your back pocket while sitting (my personal favorite reminder!)
• Lift suitcases close to your body — and let the wheels do the work!
• And yes... get up from the beach chair occasionally. Your back will thank you. 😊
