GLP-1 + Hormone Replacement
The research is starting to catch up to what we’re seeing in practice.
This is what happens in perimenopause and menopause: As estrogen declines, your metabolism shifts, and your body starts holding onto weight in ways it never did before.
And this is what the studies are finding. When researchers looked at GLP-1s in menopausal women, those also using hormone therapy lost significantly more weight over a year than those on the medication alone.
Same medication. Better results. The difference was the hormones underneath it.
So we use them together, and these are the benefits. Not just the scale, but better sleep, steadier energy, lower inflammation, and protected muscle and bone.
And yes, those results are great. But where I have found they have been incredibly helpful is taking the overwhelming part off your plate. That’s what lets you focus on the things that build lasting health, real nutrition and movement, so you can actually live a healthier life instead of fighting for one.
If your body stopped responding and no one’s given you a real answer, that’s what I do. Link in bio.
