For years, Elite Pediatrics has had the privilege of caring for your children from their very first days through childhood and adolescence. Along the way, many of our families have asked if we could provide care for parents and other adult family members as well.

🌼 Spring is Here… and So Is Allergy Season! 🤧💛

As the weather warms up, pollen levels start to rise — and for many kids, that means sneezing, itchy eyes, and runny noses.

How can you tell if it’s allergies vs. a cold?
👉 Allergies: clear runny nose, itchy eyes/nose, sneezing, no fever
👉 Cold: thicker mucus, possible fever, fatigue, body aches

Helpful tips to keep your child comfortable this season:
🌿 Keep windows closed on high pollen days
🧼 Have your child wash hands & face after playing outside
👕 Change clothes after outdoor activities
🚿 Shower before bedtime to remove pollen
❄️ Use a cool mist humidifier if needed
💊 Ask us about safe allergy medications if symptoms persist

When to call us:
📞 If symptoms are interfering with sleep, school, or daily activities
📞 If you’re unsure whether it’s allergies or something else
📞 If over-the-counter treatments aren’t helping
