🌟 Adult Grief Support Group – Memory Lanterns 🌟
Grief can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to walk through it alone. Join us for a special evening of healing, reflection, and connection as we create Memory Lanterns in honor of the loved ones we hold in our hearts.
Through this meaningful activity, participants will design personalized lanterns using memories, messages, and symbols that celebrate the lives of those they have lost. Together, we will create a supportive space to share, remember, and find comfort in the power of connection.

💜Children's Grief Support Group💜

Loss can bring many emotions, and it's important for children to know that every feeling is valid. Join us for a special Inside Out-inspired Children's Grief Support Group, where kids will explore emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, fear, and disgust through creative activities, discussions, and connection with peers.

🎨 Activity Highlight: Children will create their own feelings wheel inspired by the Inside Out characters, helping them better understand and express their emotions in a healthy and supportive environment.
