I may look like a simple box of tissues, but I offer something more.

A tissue gives you permission to grieve. It says it's okay to cry, okay to miss them, and okay to feel everything at once.

I'll be here, one tissue at a time, through every step toward healing.

A cardinal sings from your favorite tree. A hummingbird hovers just outside your window. A butterfly lingers on your hand for a moment longer than it should.

For so many people who are grieving, these small visitors feel like something more: a message, a presence, a quiet reminder that love doesn't simply disappear.

If you've ever felt visited by a loved one in this way, you're not alone. That feeling is real. That connection is real.

Today is National Grief Awareness Day. We're here to hold space for every person carrying a loss, big or small, recent or long ago.

Have you ever experienced a moment like this? Share it in the comments. Someone else may need to read it today.
