What is one habit you feel you need to put an end to in order to improve your mental or physical health?
Mine is screen time! I always start out with something beneficial like looking for a recipe or looking something up for school but end up getting sucked into something and the time just flies by. My goal is to definitely decrease my screen time.

We’re often taught to focus on adding better habits. More structure. More discipline. More effort.
But real change usually happens faster when you eliminate what’s holding you back. One destructive habit can cancel out ten good ones. You can stack routines, supplements, workouts, and motivation all day long… but if something is quietly pulling you backward, progress will always feel harder than it needs to be.

Fix what’s costing you first. Momentum follows clarity.
