Ready for some light-hearted good times? I'm teaching Michael Jackson's Thriller dance and you don't need any experience to participate. I've always wanted to dress up like a zombie and have a flashmob (optional—but dang, it will be fun).

With two makeup tutorials built into the series, you'll create your own zombie-diva persona!

This class will help students refine their mind-body awareness to create complex, complimentary layered movements. We will explore muscle cueing and resistance-assisted techniques, so resistance bands or something comparable are recommended.

It’s a throwback! Delve into the world of old school West Coast fusion with influences from Jamila Salimpour, Bal Anat, John Compton, Hahbi’Ru, and more. This workshop is perfectly suited for anyone wanting to reconnect with their fusion heritage, or for those seeking out some vintage nostalgia.

The energy centers that run through the middle of the body are often called the rainbow bridge between heaven and earth. Adventure with us on Mondays as we seek the gold at the end of this deep dive study into the Chakras.

6pm use the yoga, breath work and visualization practices to somatically explore the energy of the chakras
