Prost! Today was a party at Chestnut Ridge as staff and residents celebrated Oktoberfest. Everyone enjoyed classic Bavarian and German drinks and snacks while listening to the music stylings of an accordion player! 🥨🍻

We were honored to welcome this unit’s Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) interns to Chestnut Ridge during their Opening Chapel. Following introductions, a blessing of their hands served as a reminder of the compassion, presence, and care they will bring to those they serve, and of the support surrounding them throughout their journey. 🤝💚

The service also included writing letters to their future selves, which will be opened at graduation. ✨

🎤 Chestnut Ridge brought the house down at our Karaoke Night!

There was singing, laughing, cheering, and possibly a few future stars discovered. 😉 Most of all, there was a whole lot of joy and love in the room.

Thanks to everyone who grabbed a mic or cheered from the crowd. What a fun night together! ❤️🎶

🎉 Team Chestnut Ridge showed up and showed out at the Walk to End Alzheimer's this morning!

Because of the amazing support from our Phoebe family and community, we raised an incredible $18,489.53, surpassing our goal of $5,000!

Every step we took today was for those impacted by Alzheimer's disease, their loved ones, and the hope of a future without this disease. Thank you to everyone who donated, supported, and walked with us on this important journey.

Together, we are moving closer to a cure. 💜
