The Ethos Clinic would like to welcome our newest edition! Now scheduling for individual therapy in our Emmaus location. Welcome Dakotah!

Dakotah Lilly, MSW, approaches social work through a liberation-oriented and trauma-informed lens, recognizing that mental health and well-being are shaped not only by individual experiences but also by social, cultural, and systemic forces. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychoeducation, Dakotah helps clients explore the intersections of identity, power, oppression, and healing. His work emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and the belief that meaningful change occurs when individuals are supported in understanding both themselves and the larger systems that impact their lives. Dakotah also has experience with eating disorders having worked for the past 2 years in an eating disorder residential. Dakotah views personal body liberation and neutrality as central for a healthy relationship with the self.
