Patient Access Specialists (PAS) Kate Morgan and Robin Humphries value being part of a team that feels like family and supports both its patients and employees.

Kate, who has been with Valor Health for three years, says her team’s support is what stands out most. “I had a life-threatening emergency, and my manager did everything she could to help me keep my position. I’ve always been treated like a person, not a number.”

For Robin, who has been with Valor Health for 11.5 years, connecting with patients is one of the most meaningful parts of her role.

“At Valor, it’s okay to cry with them or celebrate when they are doing well. One of my favorite joys is when a patient gets to ring the bell after successfully completing their cancer treatments.”
