Jennifer is coming home!

Wow Friends- it has been awhile since I was in Emporia offering events. But I will be home next week and I am offering a Sacred UpRise Breathwork on the schedule!

Sacred UpRise Breathwork is a sacred, somatic journey into the wisdom of your own heart — a space where breath becomes the bridge back to self. In these heart-centered sessions, you are invited to soften, feel, and rise into your most authentic expression. This is not about striving or fixing — it’s about remembrance, emotional release, and becoming whole again through presence.

Friday September 18th- 6-7:30pm $30 - Yoga studio in my backyard. Address will be given after you sign up.

Truth comes first. Comfort later.

Discomfort doesn’t mean you’re doing yoga wrong.
It often means you’re finally not distracting yourself.

When the nervous system can’t default to checking out, old patterns surface.
Tight control.
Restlessness.
The urge to quit.

This is where practice actually begins. Not to push through or fix anything, but to stay present long enough to learn what your body has been carrying.

Comfort earned through avoidance isn’t regulation.
Truth felt in the body is.
