It’s your heart that carries the instructions from your soul and always knows what you most desire in life—what you most deeply wish to experience and to share. What we love most should inform what we do and how we do it. Winter is a perfect time for investigation and reconnection. ✨📿

Integrating VARIOUS spiritual tools throughout the day can help to maintain spiritual awareness, higher frequency, better mental state and higher perspective.

At times, it might be hard to integrate the effects of the formal (longer) practice. The stress and busyness of the day can very vastly takeover your mental state. As a mom of a toddler, this happens to me all the time 😅

Not being able to do a formal (longer) spiritual practice, especially when we are really busy or not feeling well, can lead us to get hard on ourselves and to feel spiritually discouraged.

Having various tools in your “spiritual toolbox” 🧰 that we use throughout the day makes a big difference with how we feel spiritually, energetically, mentally and physically.

Any spiritual action, no matter how small, will help to create positive change!💫

Welcome to a new moon cycle! 🌙

This upcoming lunar cycle is about resolving inner conflict and struggle through the power of duality. ☯️

There’s a good chance you’ll be restructuring your routines to support health, relationship, (including the one with yourself) and of course, your success! 🤩🙌🏼

Taking thoughtful action on projects is equally as important as recognizing and celebrating the people who inspire and help bring us a sense of stability, true connection and peace to our lives.

Revisiting boundaries to make sure they’re healthy and align with our values and will be up for review.

Check in with yourself and honor the guidance of the heart. 💖🫶

We will be shown and asked to change elements of our thinking in ways that hold multiple points of view.

Mindset needs to be balanced to empower the creative muse and flowing emotion that make life, truly wealthy, fulfilling and fun!🌊 💖

The HEART guides us to love ourselves :

💗to take care of our being
💗to allow ourselves to explore and to dream
💗to provide security for ourselves
💗to allow supportive people into our lives
💗to create a safe environment around us

The highest expression of love is UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Unconditional love allows us to see that each person, including ourselves, carries the spark of Divinity within themselves.

At the same time this helps us to recognize that sometimes we make choices that move us further away from the Divine spark.

Unconditional love acknowledges the Spirit as well as perceived limitations.

Unconditional love does not mean:

⭕️that all choices are okay
⭕️that we have to love everything about ourselves /other people at all times
⭕️that we cannot express our feelings

When we love ourselves unconditionally, we are truly able to be present with others. We can offer loving support as well as loving challenge 💗
