Dr. Francesca Medina is a licensed naturopathic doctor in the state of California with a clinical focus on women’s health and hormones, digestive wellness, thyroid health, and holistic skin care. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University California and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Loyola Marymount University where she was driven by a deep curiosity about the body and a passion for helping people feel their best.

After graduating from LMU, she pursued naturopathic medicine to develop the skills to bridge the gap between science and nature to provide evidence-based personalized healthcare.

Her approach is centered around identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance—not just managing symptoms. She combines advanced lab testing, whole food nutrition, non/low-toxic lifestyle strategies, and movement to guide her patients toward lasting wellness. Her work is grounded in both evidence-based medicine and time-tested natural healing methods.
