Join The Hot Room for an evening of reflection, rest, and connection through Dharma, Yoga Nidra, and sound.

We’ll open with a community gathering and Dharma talk, exploring the wisdom of yoga philosophy through the Eight Limbs of Yoga, with special attention to the yamas and niyamas—the foundational ethics for a mindful, purposeful life.

After time for group discussion, Q&A, and a tea break, we’ll reconvene for a deeply restorative and immersive Yoga Nidra journey, gently supported by the soothing resonance of healing sound instruments.
