💛 Nutrition Isn’t a Cure. But It Can Be a Powerful Tool.

This clip comes from our “Advances in Endometriosis Care” community education event with Sharp HealthCare, where Clinical Nutritionist and Endo Warrior Savannah Regensburger shared part of her own journey.

Before her excision surgery, certain foods would trigger debilitating symptom flares. After surgery, she experienced firsthand how nutrition became a different—and healthier—part of her recovery.

That perspective is exactly why I invited Savannah, MS, MBA, CNS | Women’s Health & Endometriosis to lead our next complimentary EndoEdu webinar.

🌼 Beyond the Diet Trends: Nutrition & Endometriosis
📅 Saturday, July 18

Together, we’ll discuss:
✔️ Inflammation & endometriosis
✔️ Gut health
✔️ Nutrition myths
✔️ Supplements
✔️ Sustainable nutrition strategies
✔️ Where nutrition fits within comprehensive endometriosis care

Nutrition isn’t about finding another “perfect diet.” It’s about understanding how it can support your overall health and your endometriosis journey.

💛 Comment ENDOWEBINAR and I will send you the complimentary registration link.

If you can’t attend live, the recording will be available inside EndoEdu.org, where the conversation continues with trusted specialists and an incredible community of Endo Warriors.

No Endo Symptoms? Your Diet Still Matters. 💛

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:
“I don’t have pain, so nutrition doesn’t really matter.”

The reality is that endometriosis isn’t just about symptoms. Even women with little or no pain can have ongoing inflammation that may impact fertility, overall health, and quality of life.

Nutrition isn’t a cure for endometriosis—but it can be an important part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

That’s why I invited our Clinical Nutritionist, Savannah Regensburger, to lead this month’s EndoEdu webinar.

✔️ Sustainable habits that support long-term health

How many diets have you tried because of endometriosis? 💛

Gluten-free.
Dairy-free.
Low FODMAP.
Anti-inflammatory.
No sugar.
No seed oils…

At some point, many women ask the same question:

“What am I even supposed to eat?”

One of the reasons I asked Savannah Regensburger, our Board-Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Endo Warrior, to lead this webinar is because she’s lived that frustration herself.

There is so much conflicting information online. My goal isn’t to tell you there’s one “perfect” endometriosis diet. It’s to help you better understand where nutrition truly fits within comprehensive endometriosis care.

🎥 LIVE in studio today with CBS 8 San Diego (CBS 8 San Diego ) discussing endometriosis, adenomyosis, infertility, chronic pelvic pain, and other complex women’s health conditions.

Joining me is endometriosis advocate Lindsey Morando (Lindsey Morando ) as we continue an important conversation about awareness, education, and helping women find answers.

Far too many women are told their symptoms are normal, dismissed, or left searching for answers for years. Today we’re helping bring these conversations into the spotlight.

Last month, I had the privilege of meeting more than 50 Endo Warriors, support partners, and specialists at our very first SoCal EndoEdu.org Meetup. 💛

One of the most powerful moments for me wasn’t answering questions or giving presentations—it was watching women connect with one another.

Women who had never met before sharing stories, exchanging advice, finding validation, and realizing they weren’t alone.

That’s exactly why we created EndoEdu.

To help women learn, connect, and empower themselves with clinically grounded education and a community that understands the journey.

Many of you told me you wanted to attend but weren’t local to Southern California.

So we’re bringing the experience online.

🌎 Join me for our first-ever EndoEdu Virtual Meetup
📅 Saturday, June 27

We’ll be joined by Endo Warrior facilitators Lindsey M (Lindsey Morando) Tiffany T (Tiffany Trew) and Damaris C (: 𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒 :) along with endometriosis specialists Jandra Mueller (Pelvic Floor Therapy, Jandra Mueller), Savannah Jandra MuellerNutrition, Savannah, MS, MBA, CNS | WSavannah, MS, MBA, CNS | Women’s Health & Endometriosisre stories, connect in small groups, answer questions, discuss what’s working (and what’s not), and continue building a community that supports Endo Warriors around the world.

💛 The Virtual Meetup is included with EndoEdu membership.

Not every endometriosis story starts with pain… but it might start with infertility.

One of the most challenging conversations I have with patients is explaining that advanced endometriosis can sometimes exist with little or even no pain.

Some women first learn they have endometriosis after years of unexplained infertility, failed IVF cycles, recurrent pregnancy loss, or difficulty conceiving.

This is why individualized care matters. Every patient is different. Every fertility journey is different.

Join fertility specialist Dr. Anne Davis and me for:

🌼 Endometriosis & Fertility: What Every Patient Needs to Know

We’ll discuss:
• Silent endometriosis
• Fertility and endometriosis
• IVF considerations
• Egg quality
• Surgery and fertility planning
• Questions submitted directly by patients

What makes EndoEdu different is that we believe women need both education and community. 🌼

Our first SoCal EndoEdu Chapter Meetup this Sunday was intentionally designed to create space for:
✨ clinically grounded learning
✨ thoughtful conversation
✨ connection with fellow endowarriors
✨ access to specialists across different areas of endometriosis care
✨ discussion around what women truly need to feel supported through this journey

The afternoon will be a balance of:
• guided breakout conversations
• open connection and discussion
• patient-led facilitation
• clinical Q&A

Whether you are newly exploring symptoms, post-surgery, navigating fertility concerns, or simply trying to feel less alone — this space was built for you.

A special thank you to 🌼 for graciously opening their space for our first EndoEdu meetup and helping support this growing community. The owner’s wife is an herself, making this gathering feel even more meaningful to all of us. 🤍

While this is our first Southern California chapter meetup, our EndoEdu membership already spans multiple countries and continues to grow globally 🌎

Our hope is that women leave not only feeling heard and supported, but empowered to take the next step in their journey — whether that means finding community, asking better questions, advocating for themselves, or building the right care team.

We only have a handful of spots remaining and would love to meet you this Sunday 🌼
