“Resting into being” is about letting yourself pause from constantly doing, fixing, achieving, and becoming and allowing yourself to simply be.
It can mean releasing the pressure to have everything figured out and trusting that your worth isn’t dependent on what you accomplish.
In yoga and mindfulness, resting into being can look like:
* 🌿 Letting go of striving — you don’t have to constantly improve yourself.
* 🌊 Allowing rather than forcing — meeting the moment as it is.
* 🧘♀️ Coming back to the body — noticing breath, sensations, and presence.
* 🤍 Accepting yourself — recognizing that you are enough even when you’re not productive.
* ✨ Trusting the unfolding — understanding that growth also happens in stillness.
Resting into being is not giving up.
It is creating enough space to hear yourself beneath all the noise, expectations, and responsibilities.
This is so IMPORTANT.
