Today was one of those days that made me stop for a minute and look around.

Our practice may be small, but we are mighty.

Today I had the opportunity to hear incredible feedback about our psychiatric nurse practitioner, Niceele, and our aesthetic nurses. As the owner, there is nothing more rewarding than hearing patients feel seen, cared for, and supported by the team you’ve worked so hard to build.

I want to thank every member of our staff. The compassion, dedication, and heart you bring each day do not go unnoticed. You help make BradRich Healthcare what it is.

I also want to thank our patients for trusting us. Thank you for choosing us, referring your family and friends, and allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey.

We know sometimes it may take us an extra minute or seven 🙄😑to review labs, or enter them cough cough. That’s because we don’t just glance at results and move on. We look at trends. We review the whole picture. We ask questions. We take the time to understand the person behind the chart.

Healthcare should be personal.

Today, for just a moment, I looked around and realized how far we’ve come. Two years ago starting to gather supplies to open, almost a year ago having wheeler join the me, and praying all would be okay….What started as a dream has become a team of incredible professionals working together to help people live healthier lives.

Tonight’s dinner was cheeseburger bowls and honestly… this is the kind of meal busy moms need in their back pocket.

Done in under 25 minutes — even faster if you already made burgers the night before and just chop up the leftovers.

Big Mac-style sauce:
Mayo + ketchup + mustard + onion powder + garlic powder (or garlic salt) + a splash of pickle juice.

Throw it over lettuce or rice, add shredded cheese, and done.

Real life tip:
Make sure your lettuce is actually good 😂 Mine was day-old from Sam’s Club and already starting to turn. My kids also ate all the shredded cheese before dinner, so I improvised.

Paper plates.
No fancy setup.
No aesthetic kitchen.
Just feeding your family in the middle of sports, work, laundry, and life.

And honestly? Those are usually the meals everyone remembers anyway.

….and the wait is finally over.

BradRich Healthcare is excited to officially welcome Nicelee Hollenbeck, NPP to our team beginning June 4th!

Nicelee has been a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2012 and brings years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care with a holistic approach.

She specializes in:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• ADHD
Etc

She will primarily see patients ages 16–65, with younger and older patients considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Triage
• And others

One thing I’ve learned this week with my poor drippy eye 😂 is just how incredibly caring my patients are.

So many of you stopped to ask if I was okay, offered advice, told me remedies that worked for you, or gave me some good old-fashioned “mom advice” and honestly, there’s nothing better than that.

People sometimes forget that healthcare providers are human too. We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we don’t always slow down and take care of ourselves the way we should.

But being on the receiving end of kindness, concern, and encouragement this week really meant a lot to me. It reminded me why I love what I do and the kind of community we’re building at BradRich Healthcare.

So thank you. Truly. I appreciate every single person who checked on me or tried to help in some way. I’m feeling a little better, and I’m very grateful for all of you.
