Yesterday was bittersweet at our office! We had a wonderful Oticon event, but we were also saying goodbye to our amazing assistant and friend, Rhonda.

Rhonda has worked with us on and off over the last six years, and we have been through so much life together. Through happy moments, difficult days, and all the everyday moments in between, she has become an important part of our office family.

Rhonda, thank you for the care you’ve shown our patients, the support you’ve given our team, and the friendship we’ve shared. You’ve made a difference here, and you will be missed! We’re grateful that our friendship will continue, and we’re cheering you on as you begin your next chapter. You’ll always have friends here! 💜

While we’re sad to say goodbye to Rhonda, we’re also delighted to welcome Ashley back to our team! Ashley was previously employed with us as a certified audiology assistant and has received training from Rhonda, helping ensure our patients continue to feel well supported on their hearing journey.

Please join us in wishing Rhonda all the best and giving Ashley a warm welcome back! 💜

October is Audiology Awareness Month. Run through this list.

Hearing loss rarely shows up as silence. It shows up as mumbling, tiring conversations, and a TV volume someone else keeps fixing. Most people explain each one away as it comes.
