Ora’s Amazing Herbal products are all carefully handcrafted using organic healing herbs, without the use of synthetic ingredients, preservatives, or additives, and are gluten free as well. Our base oil is cold pressed grape seed oil, which is cold infused with healing herbs for a minimum of 2 months. During the infusion process it is stored in glass to avoid leaching of toxins from plastic into th
e oil, is protected from light, and is periodically physically agitated (aka I shake the jar) to ensure extraction of the healing components of the herbs into the oil. The herbs infused into the oil are a roughly equal blend of organic calendula, comfrey, plantain, chickweed, st. john’s wort, burdock and thyme. To make the All Purpose Salve, we gently add beeswax, organic coconut oil, vitamin E olive oil, and essential oils of rosemary, thuja, and tea tree, We have used our salve for bites, burns, cracked feet, as a hair pomade, you name it.
