Think you may have a rotator cuff tear? 💪🤔 Try this test!

The Drop Arm Test is a simple shoulder exam used to screen for a possible rotator cuff tear.

To try it at home:
✔️ Raise your arm out to 90 degrees
✔️ Slowly lower it back down in a controlled motion
✔️ If you can’t control the movement, your arm suddenly drops, or you experience significant pain or weakness, it could be a sign of a rotator cuff injury
