What was once considered fringe research is now entering accredited higher education.

A private university in San Francisco is launching what researchers describe as the first accredited bachelor’s degree focused entirely on p$ychedelic studies and consciousness-related science.

The fully online program explores neuroscience, psychopharmacology, mental health research, indigenous knowledge systems, ethics, and the therapeutic potential of compounds like Ps!locyb!n and L.S.D. Researchers say graduates may pursue future work connected to mental health, advocacy, policy, research, or advanced academic study.

Major institutions including Johns Hopkins University and Imperial College London have dramatically expanded p$ychedelic neuroscience research in recent years, especially around depression, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and consciousness.

The deeper these compounds enter universities, healthcare systems, and public discussion, the clearer one reality becomes: modern society is rapidly redefining how it studies altered states of consciousness.

Group Ketamine Therapy Retreat: Softening Into the Flow: Saturday 5/30/26

This May, we’re offering a small group luxury ketamine therapy experience centered around a gentle shift: Softening Into the Flow When life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or just too much… many of us respond in a very human way.
We brace.
We hold.
We try to control what feels out of control.

Over time, that holding can become exhausting. It can leave us feeling stuck, tense, or disconnected from the natural movement of our lives. This group is not about forcing change or pushing forward. It’s about noticing where you’ve been holding on and allowing, little by little, for life to move again…
