Patient spotlight!!!!! Nicki completed the London marathon after rehabbing a hamstring injury with Julian. Here’s what she said of how much Julian helped her prep.

I wanted to pass along my thanks to Julian for helping me heal and recover from a hamstring injury that was giving me a lot of trouble during my London Marathon build. With Julian’s help I was able to resume training and had a fantastic race. It was my first marathon in 5 years and I felt great throughout.

Julian was truly so helpful. When I came in I was unsure I’d be able to build the mileage, the hamstring had been bothering me for nearly a year. He did shockwave therapy and dry needling and within a few weeks I was improving and getting back to running. As a runner it’s sometimes difficult to find doctors and therapists who understand the importance of athletic goals and lifestyle choices. I felt he was completely on the same page and committed to helping me from day 1.
