⚽ The excitement of the World Cup has finally arrived in New Jersey…

With the world’s biggest sporting event coming to our doorstep, we wanted to celebrate the beautiful game by bringing our community together.

On June 6 just a stone’s throw from the venue of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final, the inaugural NJ Eye and Ear Family Cup & Festival celebrated soccer, family, local businesses, and the incredible spirit of Bergen County.

NJ Eye and Ear is proud to be part of the newly opened Precision Surgery Center of Englewood Cliffs, a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility expanding access to advanced care in Northern New Jersey.

Our very own, Dr. Lawrence Geyman, fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist and cataract surgeon at NJ Eye and Ear, was among the first surgeons to perform procedures at the new center.

This milestone reflects our continued commitment to providing patients with high-quality ophthalmic care in a modern, convenient, and patient-focused setting.

Congratulations to Dr. Geyman and the entire team on this exciting step forward for surgical eye care in Bergen County!

👀 Is it myopia… or are you just not a Knicks fan? 🏀😂

Ahead of Game 5, Big Spidey (aka our friend Jemel from Characters 4 Kids 🕷️) hit the streets of Hackensack to put local’s basketball knowledge to the test. The mission? See who could recognize some Knicks players before the big game.

At NJ Eye and Ear, we’re all about helping people see clearly, whether that’s reading the scoreboard, spotting your favorite player, or making sure blurry vision isn’t getting in the way of everyday life. 👁️

Our inaugural NJ Eye and Ear Family Cup & Festival welcomed 900+ registered attendees, hosted 25 youth and adult soccer teams, celebrated our local community, and created a day full of soccer, family fun, great food, wellness, and unforgettable memories in Overpeck Park, Bergen County!
