One of the most common questions I hear is, "Will the way my nose looks right after surgery be my final result?"

Not quite. While the appearance immediately after the procedure gives us an early look at the changes made, swelling begins almost immediately. Over the weeks and months that follow, the tissues continue to settle, swelling gradually subsides, and the nose becomes more refined.

Patience is one of the most important parts of achieving a beautiful final result, and every stage of healing brings you one step closer!

Some of my favorite treatment plans don't rely on just one injectable. They combine different products that work together to create balanced, natural-looking results. ๐Ÿ˜

Dysport works by relaxing targeted facial muscles to soften the appearance of dynamic wrinkles caused by repeated expressions. Radiesse Plus, on the other hand, restores structure and stimulates your body's natural collagen production, helping improve support and contour over time.

When used together, these treatments complement one another beautifully.

Rhinoplasty can be a wonderful option for the right teenage patient, but timing is everything.

One of the most important factors I consider is whether the nose has finished growing. Performing rhinoplasty too early can affect long-term results, which is why I carefully evaluate each patient's facial development, anatomy, and goals before recommending surgery.

Just as important is making sure the decision is the patient's own. A consultation is an opportunity to have an open conversation about what bothers them, what they hope to achieve, and whether rhinoplasty is the right choice at this stage of life. ๐Ÿ˜Š

When people think about nasal surgery, they often picture changes to the outside of the nose. But many nasal procedures are performed entirely on the inside to improve breathing.

Internal nasal surgery addresses structural concerns like a deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, and other causes of chronic nasal obstruction. By improving airflow through the nasal passages, many patients are able to breathe more comfortably after they heal.

While every procedure is customized to the individual, many can be completed in just 30 to 60 minutes. For the right candidate, it can often be performed as a quick, in-office procedure with minimal downtime, helping you get back to breathing easier sooner.

For many patients, this moment comes after months, or even years, of thinking about rhinoplasty. After all of the planning, waiting, and healing, they finally get to experience the beginning of their transformation for the very first time.

Being able to celebrate such an important milestone alongside them is one of the greatest privileges of what I do. ๐Ÿ’œ

Technology changes. Trends come and go. But after more than 20 years and thousands of treatments, Radiesse is still one of the injectables I reach for time and time again. ๐Ÿ’‰

One of the reasons I continue to trust Radiesse is because it does more than restore volume. Made from calcium hydroxylapatite, the same mineral found naturally in our bones and teeth, it provides immediate support while stimulating your body's natural collagen production over time.

That said, thereโ€™s no single "best" filler. Every area of the face has different anatomy and goals. For the lips, I often choose Kysse because itโ€™s soft, flexible, and designed to move naturally in one of the most dynamic areas of the face.

The key is choosing the right injectable for the right area. Thatโ€™s how we create results that look natural, balanced, and beautifully refreshed!

This patient recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty with us, and it was so wonderful seeing her back in the office for a follow-up visit!

One of my favorite parts of the surgical journey is watching my patients heal and seeing their confidence grow with each post-operative appointment. These visits allow me to make sure everything is healing beautifully, answer any questions, and celebrate each milestone together.

Male and female rhinoplasty may share the same goal of improving balance, but the surgical approach is often quite different.

When I perform a male rhinoplasty, my focus is typically on preserving strong, masculine features while refining the nose. That may mean smoothing a dorsal hump, maintaining a straighter profile, or refining the tip without creating too much rotation.

For female rhinoplasty, the approach is often softer, with subtle contours that complement the rest of the face.

No matter the patient, the goal is always the same: to create a nose that feels natural, functions well, and fits the face beautifully.

Some of the most meaningful moments in my practice happen after the surgery is finished. ๐Ÿ’œ

Watching a patient see their new nose for the first time is something I never take for granted. That moment represents months of thoughtful planning, healing, patience, and trust, and it's one I feel incredibly fortunate to share with my patients.

LOOK CLOSELY AT THE BEFORE. ๐Ÿ‘€

Not every broken nose looks obviously crooked. Often, the signs of an old nasal fracture are much more subtle, such as a flatter or wider appearance, a drooping tip, or breathing that never quite felt the same after the injury.

When I perform rhinoplasty after trauma, the goal isn't to create a new nose. It's to restore what was lost and help the nose look and function the way it did before the injury.

Because every fracture is different, every procedure is carefully planned to rebuild support, improve breathing, and restore natural facial harmony.

For me, the greatest reward is when a patient looks in the mirror and feels like themselves again. That starts with truly understanding each patient's goals long before the first incision is ever made.
