Hello everyone! I am Meg Hisey, the owner of Grace Yoga, and I am thrilled to share my passion for yoga with you. With 10 incredible years of teaching experience and certifications in Holy Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Trauma-informed Yoga classes, I invite you to join me on this transformative journey.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes are designed to uplift and inspire you. This summer, I invite you to join me for yoga classes and retreats that will nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga is a powerful tool for managing stress, building strength and flexibility, and embracing your unique beauty. This is the perfect season to gift yourself with self-care and try new experiences that will leave you feeling empowered and refreshed.

Join me on the mat every Tuesday this Summer at 8:30am at Finer Physiques, as well as pop-up Saturday classes at 10am.

Save the date for July 11th, when I will be leading a retreat at Chaplin Mansion from 9:30am-3pm.

Mark your calendars for a fun evening adventure at the Glass Mountains on June 4th!

We’ll meet at the Finer Physics parking lot at 6:30 PM and caravan together to the hiking location.
Or meet at the G Mountain parking lot at 7:15 PM

Enjoy:

✨ Community, movement, and adventure

This will be such a fun way to connect, unwind, and enjoy nature together.
