Please join us in congratulating Maria Cornwell, registered nurse in the intensive care unit at INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital, for being named our first quarter DAISY Award recipient! 🌼💚

The DAISY Award honors and celebrates the skillful, compassionate care nurses provide every day, and Maria exemplifies those qualities in every interaction. Through her calm presence, attentiveness and compassionate care, Maria made a lasting impact on one patient’s family during an incredibly difficult time.

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group welcomes Niranjan Kavadi, M.D., FAAOS, orthopedic spine surgeon, to INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Orthopedics in Enid, Oklahoma.

Dr. Kavadi earned his medical degree from B.J. Medical College, Pune, India, and completed spine surgery fellowships at SUNY Upstate Medical University and the University of Alabama School of Medicine.

He will provide care for both INTEGRIS Health in Enid and in Oklahoma City. His areas of interest include degenerative spine disease, motion preservation procedures, spinal deformity correction and nerve decompression, among other advanced spine treatments and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

Please join us in celebrating Rhiannon as this month’s Caregiver Spotlight! For more than a year, Rhiannon has been a valued part of the INTEGRIS Health family in Enid, bringing compassion, dedication and positivity to patients, caregivers and the community each day as a Mental Health Tech at INTEGRIS Health Meadowlake.

Rhiannon says she chose a career in healthcare because she has always found it fascinating and wanted to help others. She enjoys the supportive environment and coworkers around her and looks forward most to interacting with patients each day. One of the most rewarding parts of her role is seeing the progress patients make over time and watching them successfully complete their programs and discharge.

Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with family, playing video games and expressing her unique style and music taste.
