Being a DSP isn’t just a job.

Our DSPs show up on holidays, during snowstorms, through emergencies, outbreaks, hard days, long shifts, and all the unexpected things that come with caring for others. They celebrate the wins, work through the challenges, and continue showing up for the people we serve every single day.
This week may have been set aside to celebrate you, but the work you do matters every day of the year.

$28.41 – $33.87 per hour
$1.59/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

🎓 Graduation season is extra special at Respectful Partners this year! We are proud to celebrate several of our employees who have earned their Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and even Doctorate degrees!
