Mama's Bundt pan always bakes better. 💛
I laughed to myself as I compared the two cakes I made last night- this one in Mom's pan, and the other in my pan (not pictured, for good reason! 🤣). It made me smile because I can hear her laughing "ha ha mine is better than yours!" then saying how much better of a baker I am than she was. She would say that to make me feel better because she could cook a meal that would knock your socks off, something I'm definitely still working on.

Grief is a new dimension I've never dealt with on this level, and I guess no one has until it happens to them. I'm reminded all the time, though, of the ways Mom blessed me, ways I couldn't have seen before. So, for that, I am grateful. 🌱

Hi 👋 I am Megan Cebe, proud wife of a veteran, mother of three, and social worker of almost 14 years. My background is mostly medical social work, with experience with homelessness, refugees, chronic disease management education, palliative care, life coaching, long-term care, veterans, and is ever-evolving... It only made sense for my next step to pull all of these facets of my career together to provide therapy and help others learn how to live their fullest lives. Holistic wellness – mind body and spirit – is my passion, as the mind affects the body and the body affects the mind: one cannot thrive without the other.

🇺🇸 My current position at the Bennie G. Adkins veterans home is dear to me, and no, I'm not going anywhere! 😄 I am expanding my career and am so grateful to now be able to serve people all across the state of Alabama. Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement! Y'all are amazing! 🙏💓
