Our very own Alma, our amazing Office Manager, is 30+ weeks pregnant and still taking great care of our patients every day. We know pregnancy can come with its share of aches, pains, and discomfort, so Dr. Jason is sharing a few different stretches that may also help you feel more comfortable along the way.
