Behavioral Health services are now available at Columbia Basin Hospital Family Medicine! Kati Hughes, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and Steven Hightower, licensed mental health counselor, will work collaboratively with your primary care team to provide patients with coordinated mental and emotional care plans tailored to each patient's individual needs.

Exciting times at Columbia Basin Hospital Family Medicine! Last week, we introduced our new Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program.

RQI is designed to enhance and sustain high-quality resuscitation skills through ongoing, flexible learning. Through this program, employees will have access to BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications right here at the hospital!

To kick off the program, we hosted an open house where staff had the opportunity to learn more about RQI.

Last week, we officially launched the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses at Columbia Basin Hospital Family Medicine!

To celebrate, we hosted a daisy-themed dress-up day, with cinnamon rolls awarded to the department with the highest participation. Congratulations to the Admitting Team and Care Management Team for taking the top spots!
