DAY 24! 💜
I’ve never really been a fan of the whole “fake it till you make it” saying. I’m usually much more of a feel your s**t, deal with your s**t, and work through your s**t kind of person. 😂
But sometimes? Maybe we do have to fake it a little.
Sometimes life doesn’t give us the luxury of falling apart right when we need to. We have responsibilities. People who need us. Things that have to get done. So we straighten our crown, find whatever balance we can, and get through the damn day.
And that’s okay.
The important part is that we don’t stay there.
When things settle down, give yourself permission to feel whatever you had to put aside. Cry. Scream. Rest. Journal. Talk to someone. Sit in silence. Whatever you need to actually process it instead of burying it.
Because the goal isn’t to become really good at faking being okay.
The goal is to eventually not have to fake it anymore. 💜
So if today you can’t quite find your balance...
fake it fabulously — but come back for yourself later. ✨🦩

Today’s coaster: “Hop Away From the Bulls**t.” 😂
And really… sometimes it’s just that simple.
Not every situation needs your involvement. Not every problem needs your opinion, your energy, or your help. And sometimes we put ourselves in situations where we aren’t needed, aren’t wanted, aren’t appreciated, or simply aren’t valued the way we deserve to be.
Then we have expectations. We expect people to appreciate our effort, return the same energy, or at least acknowledge what we bring to the table. And when they don’t? That s**t can be a serious downer on your spirit.
So maybe the answer is to stop putting yourself at tables where nobody saved you a seat.
If you start to smell the bulls**t… HOP. AWAY. 🐰💨😂
Protect your peace. Protect your boundaries. Protect your energy. You don’t have to participate in every situation you’re invited into—and you definitely don’t have to stay somewhere that drains you.
Sometimes the most peaceful thing you can do is simply say, “Nope, not my bulls**t,” and hop along. ✌️💜

💜 A little note to all my new followers… 💚

First, WELCOME! I’ve gained quite a few new faces here over the last few weeks, and I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for being here. I truly appreciate every follow, share, comment, and bit of support.
And I should probably explain something. 😂
If you found me because of my One Coaster a Day posts, you may be thinking Elevated Karma is primarily a place for spiritually dressed animals with questionable language and very strong boundaries. 😂
It’s not. Although apparently that has become part of it. 🤷‍♀️

The coaster series was something fun I started creating, and I decided to share it while working toward my goal of 1,000 followers. I’ve had an absolute blast with it, but it’s definitely not my usual content.
Normally, you’ll find much more here about motivation, spirituality, energy, healing, personal growth, boundaries, self-care, Reiki, sound meditation, and finding ways to navigate this crazy life while staying true to yourself.
That content has been a little quieter lately because life has been BUSY. Between creating the coasters and helping with my new grandbaby, there just haven’t been enough hours in the day.
Things are finally beginning to settle down a little in my personal life, though, and I’m really looking forward to getting back to sharing more of what Elevated Karma has always been about.

So to everyone who came for the coasters, I hope you stick around for everything else. 💜 You might get some spirituality. You might get some motivation. You might learn something about energy. You might get reminded to protect your peace.
And occasionally, you might still get a rabbit telling you to hop away from the bulls**t. 😂🐰
Because maybe that’s part of the message too.

Life doesn’t have to be serious all the time to be meaningful. Sometimes healing looks like deep reflection…and sometimes it looks like laughing your ass off at something that reminds you not to give your energy to s**t that doesn’t deserve it.
Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you found your way to Elevated Karma. 💜💚
Stay true to yourself. Protect your energy. Keep growing. Keep laughing. And never be afraid to create a life that feels good to YOU.

Just imagine where we’d be today if we refused to incorporate technology into the things we create, the way we work, or the way we live. Technology changes. Tools change. We learn, adapt, and figure out how to use them to bring the ideas in our heads to life.
But this coaster also has a much bigger message for me.
“Too busy building to care what you think.”
Imagine where YOU would be right now if you had let every negative comment, judgment, opinion, or person who didn’t understand what you were doing stop you.
Not everyone is going to understand your choices.
Not everyone is going to like what you create.
Not everyone is going to support the direction you're headed.
And they don't have to.
Keep building. Keep creating. Keep learning. Keep doing the things that light you up.
Because at the end of the day, you’re the one who has to live your life—not the people sitting on the sidelines commenting on it.
So today’s message is pretty damn simple:
Do what makes you happy and f**k everybody else. 💜😂

Since apparently this needs to be said… 😂

Yes, I use AI as one of the tools that helps me create some of the artwork for my coasters. I have never claimed that I sit down with a pencil and hand-draw every image myself. If that's what anyone thought I was doing, I'm not sure what to tell you. 😂

What AI doesn't do is come up with my entire coaster line for me. The ideas, sayings, concepts, animals, colors, style, layout and endless changes until I get something the way I want it are part of my creative process. Then I print them, cut them, adhere them to ceramic tile, seal them, finish them and turn those designs into an actual physical product.

AI is a tool. Just like Canva, Photoshop, a Cricut, a camera, or any of the other technology people use every single day to create things.

You absolutely do not have to like my coasters. You don't have to buy them. You don't even have to understand why other people enjoy them.

But what you will not do is repeatedly come onto my business page simply to leave negative comments about them.

I work very hard to keep Elevated Karma a positive space, and I'm not interested in hosting unnecessary negativity here. Negative or disrespectful comments made simply to tear down my work will be removed, and repeat offenders will be blocked. It's really that simple.

If my coasters aren't your thing, keep scrolling. There is an entire internet out there waiting for you. 😂

For everyone who has been following along, laughing with me, sharing these every day, and supporting what I'm creating — thank you. ❤️

Now… back to our regularly scheduled coaster shenanigans. 😏

✨ VIBROACOUSTIC TESTER UPDATE! ✨

Okay, you guys… I was honestly not expecting the response I received to this! 😂💜 Between the comments on my posts and the private messages, I have had SO many people interested in trying the vibroacoustic mat.

And here's my problem — I have absolutely no idea how to choose just two of you! Everyone has their own reason for wanting or needing to experience it, and I don't feel like I can decide that one person's reason is more deserving than someone else's.

So, to make it completely fair, I'm going old school. 😂

I'm putting everyone's names in a hat and will randomly draw TWO names this Sunday! Those will be my two complimentary testers who will each come in for two 30-minute sessions and give me their honest feedback.

Happy Day 21! 💜

“Floating peacefully while everyone else loses their s**t.” 😂 And honestly, there’s a pretty good message in this one.

Life is going to get hard. Things are going to happen that we can’t control, people around us are going to struggle, and sometimes everything just feels a little chaotic. But we don’t have to become part of the chaos.

We can care about people. We can listen, support them, love them, and be there when they need us without absorbing everything they’re carrying. Their stress doesn’t have to become our stress. Their anger doesn’t have to become our anger. Their energy doesn’t have to become ours.

Protecting your peace doesn’t mean you don’t care. It means learning where you end and someone else begins. 💜

So today, be the otter. 😂🦦 Float. Breathe. Protect your energy. Hold space for the people you love when you can—but don’t drown trying to keep everyone else afloat.

Stay grounded. Stay peaceful. And let people lose their s**t without joining them. 😂💜
