Epsom Healthcare Center 108 bed nursing center, offering skilled rehabilitation, long term care and dementia care. We offer short and long term care, respite stay and hospice services.

We are centrally located in New Hampshire at the Epsom Traffic Circle, Route 28 South, nestled between Concord and Portsmouth. We are a 108 bed skilled nursing facility offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Epsom Healthcare accepts Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, Private Pay and we are contracted with the Veterans Administration. One of the sweetest moments from Carnival Day came when a resident used his Bingo Bucks to “buy” an ice cream for a staff member. 🍦💙 Even though staff ice cream was already free, the kindness behind the gesture made it priceless and gave everyone a reason to smile.
