Epsom Healthcare Center 108 bed nursing center, offering skilled rehabilitation, long term care and dementia care. We offer short and long term care, respite stay and hospice services.

We are centrally located in New Hampshire at the Epsom Traffic Circle, Route 28 South, nestled between Concord and Portsmouth. We are a 108 bed skilled nursing facility offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Epsom Healthcare accepts Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, Private Pay and we are contracted with the Veterans Administration. Our residents, families, and staff enjoyed a delicious end to a beautiful “Moments in Bloom” week filled with smiles, creativity, and appreciation for the wonderful people who make our community so special. 🌸💜

Creativity is blooming at Epsom Health Care Center! 🎨🖌️

Our Resident & Staff Art Show was filled with imagination, talent, and so many beautiful creations from both our residents and team members. From colorful paintings and crafts to heartfelt handmade pieces, every display told a unique story and brought smiles throughout the building.

We are so proud of the creativity, passion, and joy shared during this special event as part of our National Skilled Nursing Care Week celebration! 🌸✨

Today we are kicking off National Skilled Nursing Care Week at Epsom Health Care Center with our groovy 🌸 Flower Power Day 🌸 celebration!

Our residents and staff are starting the week in full bloom with bright colors, flower prints, smiles, music, and lots of fun as we celebrate this year’s “Moments in Bloom” theme. 🌷🌞

This week is all about honoring the incredible residents, families, and dedicated team members who make our community so special every single day. We have an exciting week ahead filled with creativity, laughter, food, entertainment, and memorable moments together!
