👩‍⚕️ Libby Bailey, DPT – Clinical Director
A 2020 Gannon University graduate, Libby has been with TruePT since day one! She specializes in balance & vestibular therapy, TMJ, orthopedics, sports injuries, post-op recovery, and McKenzie therapy. Outside the clinic, she enjoys being outdoors, trying new recipes, and spending time with family.
👩‍⚕️ Jessica, DPT
Jessica earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Francis University in 2025 and works at our Summit location. She especially enjoys treating vestibular and neurological conditions and helping patients gain the confidence and knowledge to manage their conditions independently. Outside of work, she loves hiking, skiing, working out, and baking sourdough!
👩‍⚕️ Andrea Wingard, PTA
Andrea joined TruePT in 2019 and now calls our Summit location home! With 19 years of outpatient PT experience, she loves helping patients reach their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. Outside the clinic, she enjoys camping, hunting, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
👨‍⚕️ Garrett, DPT
A 2020 Slippery Rock University DPT graduate, Garrett enjoys treating sports, orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological patients. His goal is to make therapy both productive and fun while helping patients understand their condition and reach their goals. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog, playing sports, traveling, and staying active.
👨‍⚕️ Peyton, DPT
Peyton earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Gannon University in 2025 and has a passion for helping patients through post-op recovery. He loves seeing the progress patients make from where they started to where they finish! His goal is for every patient to feel cared for—and have fun along the way. Outside of work, Peyton enjoys reading, playing co****le, and spending time with his wife.
